Ordering & Payment

Ther are two ways to order any of our security products:

1. Buy clicking on “add to basket” and completeing checkout in Paypal.

2. Print an order form from the home page of our website or forward a covering letter with a cheque or postal order to: PJB Security Products. ( we despatch goods on receipt of payment), Unfortunately we do not accept debit/credit cards at present, but debit/credit cards can be accepted if you choose to pay by using the online shopping via Paypal as above option.

Delivery & Returns

All products are sent by on a next day delivery as soon as PJB Security Products receives payment. Should any item you receive fail to meet your expectations you may return them back to PJB Security Products for credit or exchange. Please return goods within 14 days of despatch, in re-saleable condition and in original packaging to the address below. Accompany all returns with your name and address and stating the reason for the return and state clearly what action you wish to take.

Liability

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or of loss by our carriers, only to the value of the goods sent. We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the fitment and/or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
