Viewing products on web site

When viewing a product on PJB Security Products web site all effort to display the product that you are interested in.  If you have any problems viewing or the product isn't what it looks like on the web site then please don't hesitate to contact us, so we can try and rectify this error.

Ordering & Payment

Ther are two ways to order any of the PJB Security Products:

1. Buy clicking on add to basket and completeing checkout in Paypal.

2. Download an order form and fill in with what you require and personal information and then send with a cheque or postal order to PJB Security Products.  Unfortunately we do not accept debit/credit cards at present, but except debit/credit cards can be accepted if you choose to pay by using the online shooping.

Delivery & Returns

All products are sent by on a next day delivery as soon as PJB Security Products receives payment.  Should any item you receive fail to meet your expectations you may return them back to PJB Security Products for credit or exchange. Please return goods within 14 days of despatch, in re-saleable condition and in original packaging to the address below.  Accompany all returns with you name and address and stating the reason for the return and state clearly what action you wish to take.

Liability

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or of loss by our carriers, only to the value of the goods sent.  We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the fitment and/or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
